FEEDBACK ANALYSIS AND ACTION TAKEN REPORT

The data was collected and analyzed by IQAC. In general, positive feedback was received as all the stakeholders expressed satisfaction with respect to content and design of the curriculum. The relevant suggestions were listed out by IQAC. The feedback analysis was discussed with the Heads of Departments and the Principal. Our institution is affiliated to University of Madras, Chennai, and we follow the Semester pattern and Syllabus designed by the University.  The suggestions on curriculum were communicated to the Academic Council who are members and in turn communicates to the Board of Studies.

2014-2015 Alumni  & Students of the college suggested placement drive should be conducted

 

  • Industry Institute Interaction cell was established to prepare the students for their career development.
  • TCS, Wipro, Blue Alice Commodity Pvt. Ltd., Punjab National Bank Visited the campus for Placement Drive and many Students were placed.
2015-2016 Stakeholders like Students & Faculty expressed need of automation of Library to enhance the Teaching & Learning process

The feedback suggestions were regarding the need for accessing E-Books, E-Journals

  • Library is fully automated
  • AutoLib Software was implemented & Smart cards were distributed to all Students & Faculty
  • E-resources & E-Journals provided by the UGC Infonet Digital Library Consortium & Delnet were introduced in the Library
2016-2017 IQAC of the college analyzed feedback forms received from various stakeholders like students, teachers and alumni.

·         Students wanted Service Camps to be arranged for them to be part of the Societal needs

  • College organizes several Rural Exposure Service Camp (Residential) for Self-Development by Master Trainers at Nallur Village

 

 

2017-2018 The various Stakeholders of the college suggested the launch of health-care initiative.

 

 

  • In depth analysis of  feedback forms was done by IQAC and the feedback received was discussed with the Heads of Departments and the Principal of the college.
  • Based on the suggestions, a health-care initiative was taken by the college by name ‘Apollo Shine Foundation’ in association with Apollo Hospitals.
  • Creche too was attached with the centre to take care of Staff infants.
2018-2019 Suggestion was received to   assess the quality in Education & Environment.
  • To enhance the quality in Higher Education, Academic Audit, Energy Audit & Green Audit was conducted by external Auditor relating to pertaining field regularly.
2019-2020 From the Feedback collected that new courses & Certificate Courses to be introduced. The suggestions were discussed with Principal of the college.

 

  • M.Com, B.Sc(Home Science & Interior Décor & Design) & B.Com (A&F)(Shift I) were introduced
  • Short-term Certificate Courses on Python, GST & Tally were offered to students in association with ICT Academy on Tamilnadu.
